The Rouen Maritime River and Port Museum, a registered non-profit association, welcomes you to a location imbued with history. Housed in a former port hangar used for storing wine from North Africa, the Rouen Maritime Museum gives you an opportunity to see items and models that trace the history of the port and its people, from sailing ships to liners, freighters, tugs and barges. A team of guides and activity leaders comprising both volunteers and paid employees will help you explore the museum and its associated topic areas. Naturally, you will find all this on the banks of the Seine.
