The purpose of the “106” (in fact, the Rouen & Normandy modern music centre) is to attract creators of today’s music to Rouen. The centre includes a large hall, a club, a café, a radio studio, five rehearsal studios, a demo performance studio and a studio for the creation of digital images, and it offers an eclectic music programme comprising both internationally renowned performers and new talent, as well as fostering musical creativity and developing cultural outreach activities.
